Challenge
Drivers report costs from the road in messy chat text. Spreadsheets and generic apps lose the link to people, vehicles, and approval — and cannot safely ingest WhatsApp at scale.
Approach
We built the real logistics loop as one product: signed webhook → raw message → constrained Gemini extraction → reviewable expense → WhatsApp confirmation — with a FastAPI backend, Vue admin, and Astro marketing site.
Result
One auditable spine instead of chat + Excel: catalog-aware AI extraction, explicit review when confidence is low, manager proofs, outbound WhatsApp confirmations, and CSV-ready reporting for finance.
